As part of Alpuka Group — one of Ankara’s leading brands in construction and energy — we entered the seafood industry in 2021, bringing forward our strong interest and handson experience in aquaculture.

Production

With our investments in expansion and production facilities focused on Black Sea Salmon, we have an annual inland growth capacity of 2,000 tons and a final production capacity of 4,000 tons at sea, supported by disciplined planning and a steadily developing operational structure.

Our production infrastructure within the borders of Turkey consists of growth and cultivation facilities located in the provinces of Sinop, Kırşehir, and Artvin.

Production Activities

From inland growth to Black Sea cultivation, harvesting, processing, and global export, our production activities follow controlled procedures that safeguard freshness, consistency, and overall product quality.

Farming

In our inland farms, juvenile fish are grown and graded, producing high-quality candidates for transfer to the sea. Alpenorth salmon spends the winter in the Black Sea, developing its unique flavor while reaching high levels of Omega-3 and protein.

Harvest

At Alpenorth’s Sinop farms, salmon are grown in open-sea cages and can reach sizes of up to 6 kilograms. Harvesting is carried out with controlled, careful handling to preserve freshness, texture, and overall product quality.

Processing and Packaging

Processing and packaging are carried out in certified facilities operating to international hygiene and quality standards. Throughout the entire workflow, the cold chain is rigorously maintained to preserve freshness, food safety, and consistent product quality for global markets.

Export

Fresh and frozen Alpenorth salmon are shipped worldwide under a fully maintained cold chain. Throughout the transport process, product freshness and quality are carefully safeguarded to meet the expectations of international markets.
