Alpenorth
As Alpuka Group, which has become one of Ankara’s local brands in the construction and energy sectors, we entered the seafood industry in 2021 by professionalizing the experience our chairman of the board has gained from amateur fish farming since 1985 and founding Alpenorth Seafood Inc.
Production
With our investments in expansion and production facilities focused on Blacks Sea Salmon, we have an annual inland growth capacity of 2,000 tons and a final production capacity of 4,000 tons at sea.
Infrastructure
Our production infrastructure within the borders of Turkey consists of growth and cultivation facilities located in the provinces of Sinop, Kırşehir, and Artvin.
Export
As Alpenorth Seafood, export is at the core of our sales and distribution processes. Currently, our products are not available in the domestic market.

Production Activities
Enlargement
Inland Waters: Fish that are raised in inland waters until they reach a certain size are fed with juvenile fish feed.
Black Sea: Alpenorth salmon, which spends the winter in the Black Sea, is fed with halal-certified feed made from Black Sea anchovy meal and oil, gaining high levels of Omega 3, Omega 6, and protein, which enhance its flavor.
Harvest
The production capacity at Alpenorth’s Sinop salmon farms reaches up to 4,000 tons annually.
The fish, grown in the sea, fed with special feeds, and reaching a size of 5-6 kilograms, are harvested and sent for processing and packaging.
Processing and Packaging
Processing and packaging are carried out in coastal areas under professional conditions without breaking the cold chain.
The fish is prepared for distribution either fresh or frozen.
Options include whole cleaned fish with or without heads, fillets, and vacuum packaging.
Distribution
Fresh or frozen fish are delivered to our overseas customers without breaking the cold chain.
