The production capacity at Alpenorth’s Sinop salmon farms reaches up to 4,000 tons annually.
The fish, grown in the sea, fed with special feeds, and reaching a size of up to 5,000 grams, are harvested and sent for processing and packaging.
Processing and Packaging
Processing and packaging are carried out in coastal areas while the fish is still fresh.
The fish is prepared for distribution either fresh or frozen.
Options include whole cleaned fish with or without heads, fillets, and vacuum packaging.
